From the start, you will work hand-in-hand with our skilled Project Management team who will ensure that the scope of your project is clear and at every stage in agreement with your library team. The goal of the Project Management team is to initiate, plan, execute and monitor the entire installation of your library self-service system. In addition to promising a smooth installation, Project Management teaches best transition practices, tagging methods, process changes for management & staff and best practices for self-service adoption. Once our implementation team has installed your self-service equipment they will conduct hands on product training, confirming that your library staff completely understand how to use and maintain their new equipment.

If remote assistance cannot immediately resolve your problem, bibliotheca will send a qualified engineer to your library location to diagnose and fix your issue. bibliotheca’s systems are designed so that almost all potential problems can be diagnosed remotely, providing the quickest and most convenient service for our customers. Most of our products have plug-and-play components that are easily removed and replaced, and in the case of software, issues are often resolved immediately with remote assistance.
