A big time in the Big Easy
The bibliotheca team just returned from ALA in New Orleans where we had a wonderful time reconnecting with friends and customers! It was a packed weekend as we introduced our new cloudLibrary modules, hosted a session sharing the recent success our customers have experienced with open+, and helped sponsor a NOLA style crawfish boil in support of EveryLibrary and the good work they do for libraries around the country. Thanks to everyone that stopped by the bibliotheca exhibition hall booth and signed our interactive wall!
cloudLibrary evolves to help physical selfCheck users
Creating a more engaging experience for your library users, cloudLibrary now offers new features that help your physical borrowers stay organized with a convenient virtual library card, interactive receipts, due date reminders, organized packing lists and the ability to sort/filter and favorite items. With a clean and modern UI, this app helps library users manage their borrowing history with ease and clarity. Click here to download the new cloudLibrary modules brochure.
With three distinct modules that libraries can mix-and-match, cloudLibrary offers bibliotheca customers a great app experience for their users. Don’t miss the animated explainer video!
Included with every selfCheck running quickConnect on a Service & Maintenance agreement, cloudLibrary assist provides interactive receipts and helpful reminders for library transactions.
Available for a small subscription fee, cloudLibrary checkout complements our selfCheck range with a mobile checkout experience that allows users to quickly borrow physical items from their own device.
As always, cloudLibrary content offers an intuitive digital reading experience, complete with reading recommendations, making it easy for users to access and navigate digital eBooks and eAudiobooks.

Hamilton Public Library: spreading the word about open+
Hamilton Public Library is using open+ to expand access to its rural communities. In just the first five months of implementation, they experienced a 19% increase in use – but it didn’t happen by accident. Read about their marketing efforts and approach here.
