As we head into the heart of summer, we hope many reading challenges are in full swing and your staff is busy with outreach programs. Summer is when we kick off our annual Customer Survey. If you haven’t already done so, please let us know how we’re doing!

It’s annual survey season at bibliotheca! Please consider taking the our 2019 Customer Survey to let us know what’s going well and where you see room for improvement. We are continually looking for ways to enhance the overall experience with bibliotheca and value your feedback! 

Ongoing support for Microsoft Windows operating systems

While we recently had an incentive to upgrade to Windows 10, this was not a requirement for customers. To ensure libraries have all the answers around Windows 10, we created a Windows 10 Fact Sheet. If you have a question we haven’t answered, please let us know!
