biblioNews | March 2019
Spring is in the air, and we have a lot to share this month! In this season of new things, we’re thrilled to introduce a new customer training program. This includes a roster of educational webinars designed to help you grow your understanding of the solutions available to improve your users’ library experience and connect with your community. We also look ahead to upcoming spring state conferences and national tradeshows. And as always, share customer success stories and the best of libraries in the news!
Customer training offered by a bibliotheca project manager
Lori Livesay, long-time bibliotheca project manager with 20+ years experience in the library industry, is now offering customer training sessions designed to bring her extensive experience to help libraries get the most out of their bibliotheca solutions.
Lori says, “As the person who was in charge of seeing my public library through our RFID conversion, I know how challenging it can be to have new equipment and software and workflows. I’m excited to transition into this training role to help support libraries and to ensure our solutions are working for their unique situations. My goal is to serve our customers so they can be even more successful in serving their communities. I hope everyone leaves each training class feeling fully confident with their new hardware and software. So, please take advantage of the free training webinars I’ll be hosting and reach out to let me know of other topics you’d like to see!” To view upcoming webinars, click here.
