4th June 2019 – Manchester, UK – Today bibliotheca announced that Ben Sullivan will join the leadership team as Managing Director of the UK and Ireland.
Sullivan comes to bibliotheca with 22 years of experience in the library and museum technology space, having served most recently as Vice President of the global Axiell Archives Libraries Museum business.
“I’ve spent my career in technology industries and have a passion for innovation. Helping the cultural sector benefit from innovation by working closely with customers is what I really enjoy doing. I like to build trust and an understanding of the customer’s needs so there is the right balance of priorities between the ‘now’, the ‘next’, and the ‘future’. bibliotheca’s commitment to supporting libraries as they evolve to meet the changing needs of their communities makes this an exciting challenge” says Sullivan.
Originally from Australia but based in Europe for the past 15 years, Sullivan brings a global perspective and diverse skill set to bibliotheca and its customers. Over the span of his career at Axiell and previously at KE Software, Sullivan has comprehensive experience across all facets of a technical solutions business but is particularly motivated by strategic development, innovation, project delivery and customer support.
