To provide a strong operational framework in support of these aims, the business has developed and maintained an effective quality management system and has ISO9001 certification.

 

The principles of risk management have been used to design, implement and operate the BMS. bibliotheca processes are documented where it is necessary to provide published internal guidance to support consistency and excellence. The extent of the documented policies/procedures has been led by a consideration of risk, including the complexity of processes, the competence of staff, the tools supporting the processes and the impact on customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.

An important driving principle of our BMS is that it must reduce operational risk without hindering our ability to provide value to our customers and to drive commercial success. The BMS is pragmatic, practical and has been designed to aid business success by supporting winning contracts, delivering first class services and achieving sustainable improvements to the benefit of customers. Compliance to ISO9001 is achieved as a result of our BMS succeeding in the consistent excellent delivery of services meeting customer requirements and achieving target outcomes.
