Lake Elmo, Minn. — Bibliotheca announces a new integration between its powerful quickConnect platform and Springshare’s popular event management tool—LibCal, providing libraries with an enhanced way to promote programs and manage events.
This advanced integration enables real-time synchronization with Springshare’s LibCal, allowing libraries to dynamically display events on selfCheck kiosks and digital signage. Patrons can easily discover upcoming storytimes, author visits, workshops, and more, right where they are already engaged with library services.
“Our goal is always to help libraries better connect with their communities,” said Matthew Bellamy, CEO of Bibliotheca. “By integrating with trusted tools like Springshare’s LibCal, we’re giving libraries an easier, smarter way to promote the programs their patrons care about most, right when and where it matters.”
This new functionality represents a meaningful enhancement over previous integrations. It offers real-time updates and continuous synchronization, ensuring event details are always current and visible across key library touchpoints. “It offers an easier means of fostering community engagement that adapts to evolving goals,” said Sarah Pawlek, Vice President of Springshare Product.
The partnership also highlights Bibliotheca’s broader commitment to open integration with leading third-party platforms. By aligning with trusted partners like Springshare, Bibliotheca ensures libraries can expand their services and simplify workflows, while keeping patron engagement at the center.
