CUSTOMER CONNECT 2026
Lake Elmo, Minn. — February 3, 2026 — Bibliotheca will host Customer Connect 2026, a two-day pre-conference event on March 30–31, 2026, at its headquarters in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, ahead of the Public Library Association (PLA) Conference in Minneapolis.
The event will bring together library leaders and staff for hands-on training, product demonstrations, and discussions focused on self-service, automation, access, and RFID technologies.
“Customer Connect gives us the opportunity to work directly with our library partners in a practical, hands-on setting at our new global headquarters,” said Mason Humphrey, Commercial Director at Bibliotheca. “It’s a chance to have our solution consulting experts share product insights to boost patron engagement, answer questions, and explore how libraries are using our technology to better serve their communities.”
Event Overview
Customer Connect 2026 will include:
- Hands-on training and product sessions covering Bibliotheca’s solutions and product roadmap
- Guided tours of Bibliotheca’s demo room and warehouse facilities
- Live demonstrations and one-on-one consultations with Bibliotheca specialists
- Networking opportunities, including a hosted happy hour during PLA week
