Bibliotheca, a leading provider of library technology solutions, has announced a leadership transition. Ray Hood, the current CEO, will be retiring from his position on July 1, 2023. Hood has been instrumental in guiding the company through a challenging period that included the COVID-19 pandemic and the War in Ukraine, and the company thanks him for his contributions.
Joe Grillo has joined the company as its new CEO, effective, May 9, 2023. He will work with Hood in the coming weeks to transition the business, and he will fully take over on July 1, 2023. Grillo brings extensive experience and expertise to Bibliotheca, having held executive leadership roles at successful technology companies in the United States and Europe. He has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation and is committed to continuing Bibliotheca’s tradition of delivering exceptional products and services to customers.

Ray Hood stated, “After serving as the CEO of Bibliotheca since late 2019, I have decided to retire from this role. Joe Grillo also expressed his enthusiasm about joining the Bibliotheca team and working closely with Hood during the transition.
